Active Citizen Grant

The Active Citizen Grant, administered by Sport Singapore, encourages innovative ground-up initiatives and community-based activities across three domains: sports volunteerism, physical activity, and health & wellness initiatives. It supports community sporting events and projects that promote Team Singapore, sport volunteerism (Team Nila), and youth-led sporting initiatives (YouthCreates). The grant has three distinct tracks: Team Singapore (strengthening athlete affinity), Team Nila (sport volunteerism), and YouthCreates (youth-led sporting initiatives). A smaller Young ChangeMakers x YouthCreates grant supports youth-led projects with enhanced funding terms.

Advanced Digital Solutions (ADS)

Advanced Digital Solutions (ADS) was announced as part of Singapore's Resilience Budget 2020 on 26 March 2020 to support enterprises in deepening their digital capabilities, strengthening business continuity measures, and driving digital transformation to build business resilience for growth in a digital economy. ADS is designed to go beyond the basic digital solutions supported under PSG, focusing on more advanced and integrated solutions. ADS is an initiative aimed at supporting enterprises to pilot advanced digital solutions as early adopters. It targets three types of solutions: (1) advanced or integrated solutions aligned with Stage 2 or 3 in the Industry Digital Plans (IDPs), (2) sustainability solutions such as carbon management and resource optimisation, and (3) e-commerce platforms that enable SMEs to scale their businesses locally and globally. The programme operates through a Call for Proposals (CFP) model where industry partners submit proposals as Project Leads. When clear business outcomes and demand are demonstrated from early adoption use cases, solutions may then transition to be supported under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) scheme.

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS)

Aviation Development Fund (ADF)

The Aviation Outreach Fund (AOF), previously known as the Youth Outreach Seed Fund, enables schools, industry associations, society or student groups to develop customised aviation activities to ignite interest and passion in aviation among youths. The fund supports various initiatives including curriculum development, enrichment programmes, competitions, and the development of aviation teaching facilities. To date, the AOF has supported activities that provide students with greater insight into the vibrant and diverse aviation industry, including industry induction programmes and airshow educational events.

BuildSG Transformation Fund (BTF)

The BuildSG Transformation Fund (BTF) is an umbrella framework that brings together all the various industry development support schemes managed by BCA under one unified platform. It is not a single grant but rather the overarching fund that facilitates transformation plans for Built Environment (BE) firms under key Built Environment Industry Transformation Map (ITM) areas. The BTF also enables individuals to tackle key transformation areas through upskilling and training. The BTF covers a comprehensive range of support schemes across multiple transformation pillars: workforce development, DfMA/IDD adoption, green buildings and sustainability, holistic firm transformation, and research & innovation. Each sub-scheme under BTF has its own specific eligibility criteria, funding levels, and application processes. By consolidating these schemes under one umbrella, the BTF aims to make it easier for industry players to discover and access relevant support while ensuring coordinated transformation across the entire value chain.

Career Conversion Programmes (CCP)

Career Conversion Programmes (CCP), also known as Place-and-Train and Job Redesign Reskilling programmes, are sector-specific programmes supported by Workforce Singapore that help mid-career workers reskill into new occupations or new sectors with good prospects. Employers hiring or reskilling Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents receive salary support during the conversion period. Note: Enhanced job redesign support is provided separately through the SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+), or WDG(JR+), under the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP), launched from March 2026.

National Research Foundation

Central Gap Fund

The NRF Central Gap Fund supports the translation of research outcomes into products, processes and/or services that generate economic and societal benefits for Singapore. It provides a national-level platform to resource impactful projects and encourage collaboration across public research performers and/or industry. The fund bridges the gap between basic research and full commercialisation, helping researchers develop early technologies into working prototypes or functional processes that are closer to market. Projects from any area of science and engineering are eligible, but only projects that aim to develop technologies of high impact and significant value for Singapore will be considered.

Company-Led Training Programme (CLT)

IMDA's Company-Led Training (CLT) programme is designed to accelerate the professional development of fresh professionals, mid-career professionals and mature PMETs in the tech and media sectors. It provides on-the-job training to equip trainees with competencies for jobs in demand by industry, especially those supporting digital economy sector transformation efforts. The programme covers in-demand job roles in emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Infrastructure, Product Development, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Virtual Production and more. Trainees gain employment and receive a salary while being equipped with in-demand tech and media skills, working on projects guided by experienced mentors.

National Arts Council

Creation Grant

The National Arts Council's Creation Grant supports the creation, adaptation, and re-development of distinctive artistic content. Through a rigorous creation process, NAC seeks to expand the canon of works that engage audiences at home and abroad. The grant is designed to support the entire creation process across multiple art forms for up to 18 months. For the 2025 cycle, projects with strong use of digital technology as part of their creation process and/or as a platform to present their mini-showcase will be prioritised. Recipients are supported to present a mini-showcase to potential producers and presenters, followed by a post-show discussion.

Digital Leaders Programme (DLP)

The Digital Leaders Programme (DLP) helps digitally ambitious and progressive local non-ICT companies accelerate their digital transformation plans and brings together industry leaders to connect and create a vibrant digital leaders community. Launched in 2021, the programme supports companies in three key areas: (i) charting digital roadmaps to prioritise impactful projects, (ii) hiring in-house digital teams to implement digital transformation plans, and (iii) embarking on projects that incorporate emerging technologies, particularly AI, for productivity, innovation, and growth. In September 2025, IMDA announced an enhanced DLP with intensified efforts to support 2,000 local digitally mature enterprises ("Digital Leaders") from various sectors to harness AI with confidence over three years. The enhanced programme follows a three-pronged approach: uplifting leadership mindset (through Tech Discovery Workshops and Playbooks), instilling confidence to design and deliver AI projects (tapping into tech giants and partner networks), and building internal self-sustaining competencies (funding support for hiring in-house digital teams). To date, more than 600 enterprises have benefitted from the DLP, with close to 50 supported in recruiting digital teams and implementing AI projects.

Enabling Sports Fund

The Enabling Sports Fund is a new funding initiative under the refreshed Disability Sports Master Plan (DSMP), announced in November 2024. It aims to empower and grow community-led disability sports efforts by providing funding support for programmes and activities that enable more persons with disabilities to participate in sport and discover their sporting aspirations, creating a more inclusive and connected society through sport. The fund is supported by the President's Challenge, with Sport Singapore appointed as an Impact Partner. Members of the public can contribute by donating via the giving.sg platform, with all donations matched dollar-for-dollar by the Government. The goal is to raise at least $10 million by 2030.

Enterprise Compute Initiative (ECI)

The Enterprise Compute Initiative (ECI) is a S$150 million Government-backed programme to accelerate AI and cloud adoption in Singapore-based businesses. The ECI connects enterprises with major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) to access cutting-edge AI tools, cloud credits, and consultancy services to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The programme runs for one year from the respective launch dates of each CSP, with multiple cohorts deployed on a staggered timeline. Companies that are able to progress quickly can complete the programme earlier than six months. The ECI is led by Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), under IMDA, with support from EnterpriseSG, GovTech, and the Smart Nation Office.

Enterprise Innovation and Capability Development Grant (InnoGrant)

Sport Singapore's enhanced Enterprise Innovation and Capability Development Grant (InnoGrant) is designed to catalyse the development of stronger growth engines within Singapore's sport and fitness industry. The grant offers financial support for innovative solutions in sport and fitness. The InnoGrant has three core objectives: (1) build capability and/or capacity of enterprises in the development and application of technology and/or innovation solutions, (2) enable sport and fitness as a platform to encourage collaborative R&D with adjacent industries, and (3) surface innovative ideas/solutions that have potential to be new growth engines for the sport and fitness industry.

Enterprise Singapore

Enterprise Sustainability Programme (ESP)

The Enterprise Sustainability Programme (ESP) was launched on 4 October 2021 to support Singapore companies, especially SMEs, in building sustainability capabilities and capturing opportunities in the green economy. Enterprise Singapore has allocated up to S$180 million for the programme, expected to benefit at least 6,000 enterprises over four years across all sectors. The programme operates on three levels: developing enterprises' capabilities through subsidized training workshops and enhanced EDG support; strengthening sector-specific capabilities through partnerships with Trade Associations and Chambers; and fostering a vibrant sustainability ecosystem through green financing (EFS-Green), training, certification, and standards development. ESP recognizes that sustainability is increasingly a compliance and competitiveness requirement for companies in global supply chains.

Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP)

The Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP) is a consolidated package by Workforce Singapore that supports companies in workforce transformation and job redesign. It launched from March 2026 and brings together workforce development support into a unified offering applied through the Business Grants Portal (BGP). The two core components are: (1) the SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+), or WDG(JR+), which funds up to 70% for SMEs and 50% for non-SMEs of qualifying costs, capped at S$150,000 per enterprise, across workforce consultancy, capability building and workforce tech solutions; and (2) the redesigned SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC). Anchor Programme Partners provide end-to-end advisory support for transformation efforts.

EnterpriseSG / UOB

F&B AI and Digital Integration Programme

The F&B AI and Digital Integration Programme is a joint Enterprise Singapore and UOB initiative launched on 15 July 2026 to help Singapore food services businesses move from standalone digital tools to integrated, AI-enabled operations. The programme supports advisory, AI-enabled solutions and digital systems integration for F&B workflows such as POS, CRM, accounting, inventory, HR/payroll, procurement, ordering, reservations, customer engagement, workflow automation, sales/stock/manpower queries and unified dashboards. EnterpriseSG and UOB said the programme aims to support at least 200 F&B businesses over two years. Applicants work through UOB and appointed solution providers rather than applying directly on the Business Grants Portal.

GenAI Navigator

The Global Founder Programme (GFP) is a programme launched by EDB to attract experienced, seasoned business founders and innovators to launch and scale their next venture from Singapore as their global headquarters. It strengthens Singapore's startup ecosystem by supporting innovative ventures with the potential to become global industry leaders. The GFP follows a three-stage model: Start (soft landing/networking) → Build (establishment/team formation) → Accelerate (market expansion/capital connection). It is not a direct cash grant but rather a comprehensive support programme providing visa facilitation, capital connections, and strategic advisory services.

DesignSingapore Council

Good Design Research & Development (GDRD)

Good Design Research & Development (GDRD) is a DesignSingapore Council (Dsg) initiative under the Design 2035 Masterplan. It supports non-design organisations in adopting design as a strategic capability for innovation and growth, while enabling design firms to develop new capabilities, services and products that strengthen Singapore's design sector. GDRD supersedes the earlier Good Design Research (GDR) programme and now covers the full innovation journey through three project types. Design Research helps organisations understand users, identify opportunities and validate assumptions, culminating in a validated Proof-of-Concept (POC). Design Development transforms a validated POC into a market-ready product, service, system or experience through prototyping, pilot deployment, testing, small-scale production and commercialisation. Design Research + Development combines both stages in a single project. Co-funding is up to 50% of qualifying project costs incurred within the approved qualifying period: up to S$50,000 over 12 months for Design Research, up to S$450,000 over 24 months for Design Development, and up to S$500,000 over 36 months for a combined project. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee funding — applications are assessed on merit, impact and the availability of funds.

Green Mark Incentive Scheme for Existing Buildings 2.0 (GMIS-EB 2.0)

The Green Mark Incentive Scheme for Existing Buildings 2.0 (GMIS-EB 2.0) is a S$63-million cash incentive scheme launched on 30 June 2022 as part of the Singapore Green Building Masterplan (SGBMP). The scheme aims to raise the energy performance of existing buildings and accelerate the pace to green 80% of Singapore's buildings by 2030. It replaces the earlier GMIS-EB 1.0 scheme with updated criteria and broader building type coverage. GMIS-EB 2.0 is an outcome-based scheme where funding support is calculated based on the Green Mark certification rating achieved and the extent of carbon emissions reduction through Energy Improvement Works (EIWs). The scheme provides grant support to building owners to lower the upfront capital costs for energy efficiency retrofits and improve the returns on investment, particularly for buildings targeting Super Low Energy (SLE) or Zero Energy (ZE) standards. It covers commercial, institutional, light industrial, and residential buildings.

Growth and Transformation Scheme (GTS)

The Growth and Transformation Scheme (GTS) is a strategic BCA initiative designed to support the formation and development of strategic alliances among Built Environment (BE) value chain partners. Recognizing that the BE sector is made up of many independent businesses with heavy inter-dependencies, GTS encourages multiple partnering companies — developers, consultants, builders, and sub-contractors — to come together and collectively develop strong, capable supply chains over the long term. Unlike firm-level grants, GTS goes beyond project-specific support and enables companies to take a long-term view on business and workforce transformation. It supports partnership efforts to strengthen technical capabilities as well as corporate, digital, and innovation practices, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes over a sustained period. The government has set aside S$90 million under GTS to co-fund up to 70% of qualifying costs for alliance-based transformation initiatives.

National Environment Agency

Hawkers' Productivity Grant (HPG)

The Hawkers' Productivity Grant (HPG) is a targeted funding programme designed to help cooked food stallholders at NEA-managed or NEA-appointed-operator-managed hawker centres improve their operational efficiency. The grant subsidises the purchase of automation equipment and digital services solutions that help hawkers achieve higher productivity in food preparation and service delivery. The HPG recognises that many hawker stallholders are small operators who may not have the capital to invest in productivity-enhancing equipment. By covering up to 80% of equipment costs, the grant lowers the barrier to adoption of automation and digital tools. ⚠️ URGENT: 31 March 2026 is the last day to apply.

Health Promotion Board

Healthier Dining Innovation Grant (HDIG)

The Healthier Dining Innovation Grant (HDIG) is a funding scheme administered by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) designed to help F&B operators take the first step towards capability upgrading and undertake food-innovation related activities. The grant helps reduce costs incurred in developing healthier dishes across four key areas: Research & Development, Purchase of Healthier Ingredients, Culinary Training, and Recipe Reformulation. The grant is part of HPB's broader Healthier Dining Programme (HDP) which aims to make healthier dining options more accessible to Singaporeans. The HDIG supports the purchase of healthier ingredients such as wholegrains, Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS) sauces, and lower-sodium salt from HPB accredited suppliers.

IMDA Energy Efficiency Grant (Data Centres)

The IMDA Energy Efficiency Grant (EEG) supports businesses that use Singapore commercial data centres to adopt energy-efficient IT equipment. IMDA administers this grant for Data Centre users as part of the broader multi-agency EEG programme. Both SMEs and non-SMEs can apply, provided their group annual sales turnover does not exceed S$500 million. SMEs receive up to 70% co-funding; non-SMEs receive up to 30%. Grant support is capped at S$30,000 per company across all EEG applications. Equipment must be purchased AFTER receiving the Letter of Offer — do not commit to purchase before approval. Innovation & Enterprise Fellowship Programme (IFP)

The Singapore NRF Fellowship provides opportunities for early career researchers to carry out independent research in Singapore over a five-year period. It is open to all areas of science and technology, and outstanding young scientists and researchers of all nationalities are welcome to apply. NRF aims to develop a strong science research and manpower base in Singapore. Each Fellow is provided with a research grant to support projects that exhibit high likelihood of a research breakthrough. Appointees are offered tenure-track faculty positions at Singapore-based universities and research institutions, including the Research Centres of Excellence.

Land Transport Innovation Fund (LTIF)

The Land Transport Innovation Fund (LTIF) supports innovation and technology development in Singapore's land transport sector. LTA has committed S$25 million over five years to kick-start mobility-related research and trials for the industry. The fund aims to create innovative transport solutions through strong public-private partnerships and is designed to grow the land transport industry into one enabled by technology while developing a highly competent workforce. The initiative supports the Land Transport Industry Transformation Map 2025 objectives for a sustainable, resilient, and cost-effective transport system.

Maritime Cluster Fund (MCF)

The Maritime Cluster Fund (MCF) is administered by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore to support the development of maritime talent and cluster growth. The fund focuses on developing capabilities within Singapore's maritime ecosystem, supporting training initiatives, talent development programmes, and cluster strengthening activities. This aligns with MPA's broader strategy to position Singapore as a leading international maritime centre and develop a skilled maritime workforce to support the industry's continued growth and competitiveness.

The Maritime Innovation and Technology Fund (MINT Fund) supports research and development initiatives in Singapore's maritime sector. Administered by MPA, this fund promotes innovation and technology adoption to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of Singapore's maritime industry. The fund supports projects that advance maritime technology, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the development of next-generation maritime solutions. This aligns with Singapore's vision to be a leading smart maritime nation.

Media Talent Progression Programme (MTPP)

The Media Talent Progression Programme (MTPP) is designed to develop the capabilities of media professionals in producing quality international content, build their track record, and hone their ability to compete globally. It is one of IMDA's key programmes supporting Singapore's media industry talent pipeline, complementing the broader TAP programme announced in December 2025. MTPP comprises three grant types: (1) Long-Form Content Grants supporting the production of feature film projects (at least 70 minutes) or episodic series that provide quality roles for local media professionals, (2) Short-Form Content Grants supporting the production of short film or short content (not exceeding 40 minutes), and (3) Overseas Development Grants supporting media professionals selected for international programmes, project labs, development platforms, and prestigious awards/competition platforms. The programme provides a structured pathway for Singapore's media talent to gain international exposure, develop their skills in directing, producing, and scriptwriting, and build connections with the global media industry.

Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP)

The Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) is designed to support mid-career individuals in their skills development and career transition journey. NOTE: Specific programme details are not readily available. Broader job redesign support is now available separately through WDG(JR+) under the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP), launched from March 2026.

A*STAR (multi-agency: NRF, EDB, MTI)

National Robotics Programme (NRP)

The National Robotics Programme (NRP) is Singapore's national platform for robotics and embodied AI development and innovation, hosted by A*STAR as a multi-agency national programme with NRF, EDB, and MTI involvement. Established in 2016 as part of the RIE initiative, NRP catalyses differentiated robotics capabilities through funding of use-inspired research and use-driven development, bridging the gap between research and market demand. NRP works with companies, government agencies, and researchers to turn ideas into solutions. Since 2016, NRP has developed national capabilities and nurtured talent to grow Singapore's robotics and embodied AI ecosystem. The programme offers multiple initiatives including RoboCluster, RoboNexus, and various R&D funding streams.

Ministry of Manpower

Part-Time Re-Employment Grant (PTRG)

The Part-time Re-employment Grant (PTRG) provides funding to employers who offer part-time re-employment, other flexible work arrangements (FWAs), and structured career planning (SCP) to senior workers. The grant aims to provide more flexible work options to attract and retain senior workers and encourage them to stay in the workforce. PTRG was introduced as part of the Senior Worker Support Package in 2020 and has been extended until 2027. The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is the sole appointed Programme Partner for the PTRG, and the grant incentivises employers to create comprehensive support structures for senior workers.

Sea Transport Industry Digital Plan (IDP)

The Sea Transport Industry Digital Plan is a collaborative initiative between MPA and IMDA to support digital transformation in Singapore's sea transport sector. This programme provides guidance, resources, and support for maritime companies to adopt digital technologies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance competitiveness. The plan includes digital readiness assessment, technology adoption roadmaps, and funding support for qualifying digitalization projects. It forms part of the broader industry transformation efforts to position Singapore as a smart maritime hub.

Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE)

SG Eco Fund

The SG Eco Fund is a $50 million fund set up in 2020 by the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment to support projects that advance environmental sustainability and involve the community. It supports ground-up initiatives from individuals, groups, and organisations. A sustainable and green Singapore can only be achieved with the people, private, and public sectors working in partnership to protect our environment and keep public spaces clean, green, and liveable. Through the SG Eco Fund, the government enables the community to co-create environmental solutions. Projects are evaluated on four criteria: environmental benefit, community action, innovation (technological and/or social), and sustained impact through building local expertise and developing scalable solutions.

SkillsFuture Jobseeker Support Scheme

The SkillsFuture Jobseeker Support scheme provides temporary financial assistance to involuntarily unemployed Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents while they actively search for jobs. The scheme uses a points-based system where participants earn points for completing job search activities (career coaching, job applications, etc.) and receive corresponding payouts when meeting minimum monthly points. This is designed for INDIVIDUALS, not companies, to support unemployed persons during their job search period over 6 months.

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)

SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme

The SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme helps mid-career Singapore Citizens aged 40 years and above pursue a substantive skills reboot and adapt to a changing economy through enhanced course fee support and training allowance. It is designed to provide comprehensive support for individuals looking to deepen skills in their current career or reskill for new opportunities. The programme combines two key components: increased course fee subsidies (Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy and SkillsFuture Credit Mid-Career tier) and financial support for long-form training (SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance). This holistic approach addresses both the cost barriers and income loss concerns that mid-career individuals face when pursuing substantial skills upgrading.

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)

SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance

The SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance supports eligible mid-career Singaporeans to upskill and reskill by providing training allowance for selected long-form training. It addresses the financial barriers that prevent individuals from pursuing substantial skills upgrading by offering income support during training periods. The scheme supports both full-time and part-time long-form training, allowing individuals to choose the format that best suits their needs. Full-time participants receive income-based allowances (50% of average monthly income, capped at $3,000), while part-time participants receive a flat rate to defray incidental training expenses. From March 2026, the allowance will be extended to part-time training programmes.

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)

SkillsFuture Work-Study Programmes

The SkillsFuture Work-Study Programmes (WSPs) are offered by Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and SkillsFuture-appointed private training providers. WSPs provide fresh graduates and mid-career individuals a head-start in careers related to their discipline of study through work-study arrangements within organisations. Employers participate as host employers by opening their workplace and offering structured training to WSP trainees. Take-up has increased steadily: enrolled trainees in Work-Study Diploma programmes (ITE) increased from 500 in 2021 to around 1,300 in 2024, while Work-Study Degree programmes grew from 300 in 2021 to around 800 in 2023. Based on recent surveys, approximately 7 in 10 graduates stayed with the company that hired and trained them, demonstrating strong retention outcomes.

SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+)

The SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+), also known as WDG(JR+), is a workforce development grant that launched from March 2026 as part of the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP). It provides enhanced support for job redesign, helping enterprises transform their workforce, redesign roles, adopt flexible work and AI-ready practices, and build internal capability. WDG(JR+) funds up to 70% for SMEs and 50% for non-SMEs of qualifying costs, capped at S$150,000 per enterprise, across three components: (1) Workforce Consultancy (up to $50,000) — expert guidance from pre-approved consultants to assess business needs, redesign jobs and develop an implementation plan; (2) Capability Building (up to $60,000) — building internal HR and line-manager expertise to drive ongoing job redesign; and (3) Workforce Tech Solutions (up to $90,000) — technology tools for data-driven workforce planning, which must be paired with at least one of the other components. WDG(JR+) succeeds the former Support for Job Redesign under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG-JR), which ended on 31 December 2025, making WDG(JR+) the replacement for PSG job redesign support. Social Enterprise Community Urban Farm (SECUF) Grant

The SECUF Grant encourages Social Enterprises (SEs) to set up and operate Community Urban Farms and conduct gardening/horticulture-related programmes for seniors, persons with special needs, and low-income individuals/families. Startup SG Founder

Startup SG Founder (SSGF) is a government-backed programme administered by Enterprise Singapore that provides mentorship support and startup capital grants to first-time entrepreneurs with innovative business concepts. Startup SG Tech provides early-stage funding for the commercialization of proprietary technology solutions through two stages: Proof-of-Concept (POC) for solutions at conceptualization stage where technical viability needs to be proven, and Proof-of-Value (POV) for startups with technically viable concepts needing to develop working prototypes for commercial validation. The programme targets startups with proprietary know-how and intellectual property, administered by Enterprise Singapore and evaluated by panels of industry experts. Grants carry an equity component — ESG has the right to exercise a share subscription of 50% of the awarded grant amount (up to 49% of total shareholding) when a qualifying equity financing round occurs, allowing ESG to participate in the upside of successful startups.

Tote Board Arts Fund

The Tote Board Arts Fund is an initiative of the Singapore Totalisator Board, managed by a committee appointed by the National Arts Council (NAC).
