Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP)

WDG(JR+): up to 70% (SMEs) / 50% (non-SMEs), capped at S$150,000 per enterprise. Redesigned SFEC: S$10,000 credit per entity.

The Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP) is a consolidated package by Workforce Singapore that supports companies in workforce transformation and job redesign. It launched from March 2026 and brings together workforce development support into a unified offering applied through the Business Grants Portal (BGP). The two core components are: (1) the SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+), or WDG(JR+), which funds up to 70% for SMEs and 50% for non-SMEs of qualifying costs, capped at S$150,000 per enterprise, across workforce consultancy, capability building and workforce tech solutions; and (2) the redesigned SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC). Anchor Programme Partners provide end-to-end advisory support for transformation efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

How to Apply

1. For job redesign, engage a pre-approved WDG(JR+) consultant and apply via the Business Grants Portal (BGP) 2. Accept the Letter of Offer before commencing work 3. Claims and Disbursement

Claims follow each component. WDG(JR+) uses a nett-fee model where the grant is paid to the pre-approved consultant by the Anchor Programme Partner on milestone completion. SFEC credit is applied and disbursed for qualifying supportable programmes.
