Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP)
The Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP) seeks to support companies in workforce transformation. Announced at the Committee of Supply 2025, EWTP brings together multiple workforce development schemes into a unified package. The EWTP has three main features: (1) SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG) providing holistic support by consolidating existing WSG and SSG schemes with simplified BGP application, (2) Greater support for job redesign under WDG, and (3) Redesigned SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to encourage workforce transformation. This is a NEW programme being rolled out progressively in 2026.
