Career Conversion Programmes (CCP)
Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) are sector-specific programmes that help job seekers and existing workers undergo skills conversion to take on new occupations or new sectors with good prospects. NOTE: CCPs are being consolidated into the new SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG) under the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP), which will roll out in 2026. Current CCP operations may be affected by this transition.
