Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) are sector-specific programmes that help job seekers and existing workers undergo skills conversion to take on new occupations or new sectors with good prospects. NOTE: CCPs are being consolidated into the new SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG) under the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP), which will roll out in 2026.
