3R Fund

The 3R Fund is a co-funding scheme administered by the National Environment Agency (NEA) to encourage organisations to reduce waste disposed of at NEA's incineration plants and disposal facilities through the implementation of waste minimisation and recycling projects. The fund supports practical, implementation-level projects that result in measurable reductions in waste. The fund prioritises projects with new and innovative processes and concepts, particularly those targeting waste streams with low recycling rates such as food, plastic, and glass waste. Projects can include redesigning production processes, installing recycling infrastructure, implementing innovative waste sorting systems, and upgrading operations to reduce waste or increase recycling volumes.

Built Environment Technology and Capability (BETC) Grant

The Built Environment Technology and Capability (BETC) Grant is a strategic government funding scheme launched on 1 April 2025 to drive the next phase of industry transformation in Singapore's Built Environment (BE) sector. Backed by a S$100 million budget over five years (2025–2030), the BETC replaces the earlier Productivity Innovation Project (PIP) grant and is administered by BCA as part of the BuildSG Transformation Fund. The BETC grant encourages firms to develop new capabilities across three pillars: enterprise capability, technology adoption, and manpower development. Unlike prior project-specific grants, BETC emphasises longer-term and more holistic transformation — firms must demonstrate how initiatives will be sustained beyond a single project and drive continuous improvement with knowledge transfer across subsequent projects. The scheme is strategically aligned with Singapore's national goals of widespread digitalisation (Integrated Digital Delivery), 70% DfMA adoption for new developments, and greener buildings.

Business Events in Singapore (BEiS)

The Business Events in Singapore (BEiS) scheme aims to attract and grow high-quality events in Singapore in the long term, as well as catalyse the innovation of new content. BEiS seeks to encourage the business events industry to anchor and grow high-quality events in Singapore, and also aims to spark content innovation. BEiS supports activities that will build the foundation for quality business events in Singapore in the long term, including pre-event activities such as business and capability development initiatives, conducting of market feasibility studies, and bidding activities. The scheme is managed by the Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau™ (SECB), a division of STB. Funding is granted based on the scope and merits of the project through a highly competitive evaluation process.

Energy Efficiency Grant (EEG)

The Energy Efficiency Grant (EEG) helps businesses improve their energy efficiency by co-funding investment in energy-efficient equipment across multiple sectors. The grant supports companies in transitioning towards more sustainable operations while reducing both energy costs and carbon footprint. The EEG provides two tiers of support: the base tier supports pre-approved energy-efficient equipment up to S$30,000 per company across six key sectors (Construction, Data Centres, Food Services, Maritime, Manufacturing, Retail), while the advanced tier supports larger investments up to S$350,000 that drive greater energy efficiency (available only for Construction, Manufacturing, and Maritime sectors). Equipment must demonstrate energy savings and be deployed in Singapore. Note: Data Centre users are administered by IMDA (not EnterpriseSG) and have a separate grant window extended to 31 March 2027. Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)

The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) helps Singapore companies grow and transform through comprehensive support across three strategic pillars: Core Capabilities, Innovation & Productivity, and Market Access. This flexible grant supports customised, larger-scale transformation projects that require tailored solutions, making it suitable for businesses seeking to upgrade operations, innovate, or venture overseas. Unlike pre-scoped grants, the EDG requires companies to submit individual project proposals with detailed business plans for evaluation. Since its inception, it has been a vital resource for businesses of all sizes seeking to enhance their capabilities both domestically and internationally. The grant supports projects ranging from business strategy development and automation to overseas market entry and standards adoption.

Experience Step-Up Fund (ESF)

Aimed at increasing the attractiveness of Singapore to visitors, the Experience Step-Up Fund (ESF) supports the development and enhancement of Singapore's tourism experiences. The ESF was introduced by STB to help businesses in the tourism industry enhance and innovate their tourism products and services, encouraging them to develop unique and high-quality tourism experiences that attract both domestic and international tourists. The latest TDF tranche includes enhancements to the ESF, supporting the development and enhancement of Singapore's tourism experiences that are virtual or include pre- and post-visit experiences to increase the attractiveness of Singapore to visitors. This recognises the evolving nature of tourism where digital and hybrid experiences play an increasingly important role. ESF is particularly relevant for attractions, tour operators, accommodation providers, and precinct businesses looking to create compelling new experiences or significantly enhance existing ones.

Financial Sector Technology and Innovation (FSTI) Scheme

The Financial Sector Technology and Innovation Scheme (FSTI 3.0) provides support for creating a vibrant ecosystem for innovation in Singapore's financial sector. MAS has committed up to S$150 million for this scheme, which runs until March 2026. The scheme includes multiple tracks: Centre of Excellence (attracting FIs, CVCs and global tech companies), Industry-wide Projects (building technological infrastructure), Innovation Acceleration, AI & Data Analytics, ESG FinTech, RegTech, and Quantum Technology. FSTI 3.0 seeks to accelerate innovation by supporting projects involving cutting-edge technologies or with regional nexus.

Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) Grant

The Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) grant helps companies expand into new overseas markets by defraying costs of overseas market promotion, business development, and set-up. Specifically designed for SMEs new to target overseas markets, it provides structured support across three activity pillars with up to 50% co-funding. The grant covers diverse internationalisation activities including trade fair participation, overseas partner identification, business development staff deployment, and advisory/legal costs for market entry. Companies can reapply during the enhancement period (until 31 March 2026) if their overseas sales in the target market remained below S$100,000 in the preceding three years. Each application is limited to one activity in a single overseas market with projects not exceeding 12 months.

Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) helps Singapore companies improve productivity and automate existing processes through pre-approved IT solutions and equipment. As one of the most accessible government grants, it facilitates ease of adoption by pre-qualifying specific solutions and vendors across multiple sectors. Unlike EDG which requires custom project proposals, PSG supports sector-specific and generic solutions that have been pre-approved by EnterpriseSG and participating agencies. Companies simply select from a list of pre-approved solutions, obtain quotations from pre-approved vendors, and apply through the Business Grants Portal. The grant is particularly well-suited for SMEs looking to quickly adopt tried-and-tested technology solutions ranging from accounting software to CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, cybersecurity solutions, and sector-specific equipment.

Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE)

SG Eco Fund

The SG Eco Fund is a $50 million fund set up in 2020 by the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment to support projects that advance environmental sustainability and involve the community. It supports ground-up initiatives from individuals, groups, and organisations. A sustainable and green Singapore can only be achieved with the people, private, and public sectors working in partnership to protect our environment and keep public spaces clean, green, and liveable. Through the SG Eco Fund, the government enables the community to co-create environmental solutions. Projects are evaluated on four criteria: environmental benefit, community action, innovation (technological and/or social), and sustained impact through building local expertise and developing scalable solutions.

SkillsFuture Singapore

SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

The SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) aims to encourage employers to undertake enterprise and workforce transformation initiatives. It provides additional support, over and above existing schemes, to eligible employers for their enterprise and workforce transformation efforts. Eligible employers receive a one-off credit of S$10,000 per entity to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs. The SFEC was originally announced in Budget 2020 and expanded in Budget 2022. As announced in Budget 2025, the current SFEC has been further extended until the redesigned SFEC is ready in the second half of 2026. From H2 2026, the SFEC will be redesigned under the new Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP), with all qualifying companies receiving a fresh $10,000 credit.

SMEs Go Digital

The SMEs Go Digital programme is IMDA's flagship initiative to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) adopt digital technologies to improve operations and generate new revenue. SMEs are at the heart of Singapore's economy, employing two-thirds of the workforce and contributing nearly half of Singapore's GDP. The programme aims to make going digital simple and accessible for all SMEs, regardless of their current digital maturity level. Building on the foundation of the Enhanced iSPRINT programme, SMEs Go Digital takes a more structured and inclusive approach towards digital solution adoption. It provides SMEs with sector-specific Industry Digital Plans (IDPs) as step-by-step guides, access to pre-approved digital solutions with grant support through the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), and digital consultancy services through the CTO-as-a-Service platform. The programme encompasses several key components: Industry Digital Plans covering 22 sectors, pre-approved solutions with PSG grant support, the CTO-as-a-Service platform (serving 400,000+ users in 2024), Advanced Digital Solutions (ADS), the GenAI Navigator tool, and InvoiceNow for e-invoicing.

TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA)

TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) is a SkillsFuture initiative driven by IMDA in collaboration with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Workforce Singapore (WSG), the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), and the industry. It aims to build and develop a skilled Information and Communications Technology (ICT) workforce for Singapore's digital economy. TeSA takes an integrated approach to ICT skills acquisition and practitioner training, enabling professionals to acquire relevant in-demand skills. TeSA comprises several key programmes: (1) Company-Led Training (CLT) — a structured on-the-job training programme for fresh, mid-career, and mature professionals to acquire tech skills for in-demand roles; (2) Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) — for PMETs and mid-career switchers to undergo skills conversion into new tech occupations; (3) Pinnacle AI Industry Programme (PAIP) — for frontier companies to upskill local AI talent in LLM development; (4) TeSA for ITE and Polytechnics (TIP) Alliance — placing and training Polytechnic and ITE graduates in tech roles; (5) Jobs Transformation Map — mapping the future of tech jobs; and (6) Skills-Based Hiring — encouraging employers to hire based on skills rather than qualifications.

PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency

Water Efficiency Fund (WEF)

The Water Efficiency Fund (WEF) was launched by PUB in 2007 to encourage organisations to seek efficient and innovative ways to manage their water demand. Enhanced from July 1, 2023, the fund covers all stages from exploratory to implementation, supporting companies in water conservation and efficiency improvements. The fund has increased its maximum support for recycling projects from S$1 million to S$5 million. Funding categories include Water Efficiency Assessment, Pilot Studies, Recycling/Alternate Water Sources, and Adoption of Water Efficient Equipment, ensuring sustainable growth in Singapore's long-term water demand.
