Organisation Health Diagnostic Scheme (OHDS)

Up to 80% co-funding of diagnostic costs

The Organisation Health Diagnostic Scheme helps social service agencies identify areas for improvement through an in-depth organisational health analysis conducted by Korn Ferry, NCSS's appointed consultant. Agencies receive a 3-year strategy document with recommended strategies to strengthen their organisation. This scheme is often a prerequisite for the Transformation Sustainability Scheme (TSS) Part A and B applications.

Eligibility Criteria

    Must be an NCSS member or MSF-funded agency

  • 02

    Must complete the OHFSS Assessment

  • 03

    Evaluated on leadership/Board commitment to organisational health

  • 04

    Evaluated on recent interventions in organisational health (last 3 years)

  • 05

    Must have clear, actionable plans for organisational health over the next 3 years

How to Apply

1. Register agency participants for the OHFSS survey at form.gov.sg 2. Complete the OHFSS Assessment 3. Apply via the OurSG Grants (OSG) portal at oursggrants.gov.sg 4. Korn Ferry will conduct an in-depth organisational health analysis 5. Receive your 3-year strategy document

Claims and Disbursement

Submit claims through the OurSG Grants portal. Identify and present a plan from the 3-year strategy document for implementation within 1 year.
