Financial Sector Technology and Innovation Scheme (FSTI 4.0)
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has renewed its Financial Sector Technology and Innovation Scheme as FSTI 4.0. MAS has committed S$220 million over three years to strengthen Singapore's FinTech ecosystem and accelerate financial-sector innovation and technology adoption. The scheme builds on FSTI 3.0, whose application window ended in March 2026. FSTI 4.0 is delivered through six tracks: Manpower; Institution Project; AI Pathfinder; Infrastructure & Platform; Centre of Excellence; and MAS FinTech Awards. The tracks support the development and deployment of frontier technologies, including artificial intelligence, distributed ledger technology and quantum technology, as well as sector-wide infrastructure, innovation functions and FinTech talent development.

1. Identify the FSTI 4.0 track that fits the proposed project or internship opportunity. 2. Review the live MAS FSTI scheme guidance for that track's eligibility, funding terms and application method. 3. Submit the required materials through the track-specific channel when MAS opens it.
