SG60 Towards Sustainability Fund

One-off grant of $30,000 per agency

The SG60 Towards Sustainability Fund recognises the contributions of social service agencies to Singapore and supports them in building capabilities for measuring, monitoring, and reporting programme effectiveness. Stronger outcomes reporting enables SSAs to scale high-impact programmes and attract more resources from funders. Each eligible agency receives a one-off grant of $30,000.

Eligibility Criteria

    Must be an NCSS Full Member

  • 02

    Must identify an existing programme providing direct intervention to service users

  • 03

    Programme must be deemed most impactful in achieving the agency's social mission

  • 04

    Programme must serve at least one of Community Chest's five causes: Adults with Disabilities, Children with Special Needs and Youth-At-Risk, Families in Need of Assistance, Persons with Mental Health Needs, Seniors in Need of Support

  • 05

    Programme must not be currently funded by any government agencies

  • 06

    Must send a representative to attend NCSS sharing session on impact measurement

  • 07

    Must commit to share outcome data with NCSS

The programme cannot be currently funded by government agencies, but SSAs may also apply for the TSS scheme for additional organisational support or the 4ST Partnership Fund for scaling impactful programmes.
