The Foundational Leadership Programme is tailored for first-time managers in the social service sector, focusing on enhancing managerial and functional skills in people development, strategy planning, and resource management. Eligibility Criteria

Must be a first-time manager with minimum 3 years of experience in the social service sector

Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- 03
Must be registered with relevant professional bodies with necessary qualifications

Must currently work in an NCSS-member agency
- 05
Participation is by nomination from organisation's senior management
