Enterprise Financing Scheme (EFS) - Trade Loan

The EFS-TL finances trade needs for domestic and overseas transactions. It is designed to help enterprises manage the financing requirements of their trading activities, from inventory management to receivables financing. The scheme supports a broad range of trade financing instruments. Supported trade financing types include inventory/stock financing, structured pre-delivery working capital, factoring (with recourse), bill of invoice, AR discounting, overseas working capital loan, and Bank Guarantee (capped at 2 years' tenure).

Market and Audience Development (MAD) Grant

The NAC Market and Audience Development (MAD) Grant supports activities to build audiences, patrons and supporters to complement artistic efforts at home and abroad. The grant covers marketing initiatives, branding, market research, international touring, and participation in international festivals. The MAD Grant provides different funding rates for non-profit and for-profit organisations, with special provisions for international travel support. Updated guidelines from December 2024 include revised submission deadlines and eligibility criteria.

Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) Grant

The Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) grant helps companies expand into new overseas markets by defraying costs of overseas market promotion, business development, and set-up. Specifically designed for SMEs new to target overseas markets, it provides structured support across three activity pillars with up to 50% co-funding. The grant covers diverse internationalisation activities including trade fair participation, overseas partner identification, business development staff deployment, and advisory/legal costs for market entry. Companies can reapply during the enhancement period (until 31 March 2026) if their overseas sales in the target market remained below S$100,000 in the preceding three years. Each application is limited to one activity in a single overseas market with projects not exceeding 12 months.

Media Talent Progression Programme (MTPP)

The Media Talent Progression Programme (MTPP) is designed to develop the capabilities of media professionals in producing quality international content, build their track record, and hone their ability to compete globally. It is one of IMDA's key programmes supporting Singapore's media industry talent pipeline, complementing the broader TAP programme announced in December 2025. MTPP comprises three grant types: (1) Long-Form Content Grants supporting the production of feature film projects (at least 70 minutes) or episodic series that provide quality roles for local media professionals, (2) Short-Form Content Grants supporting the production of short film or short content (not exceeding 40 minutes), and (3) Overseas Development Grants supporting media professionals selected for international programmes, project labs, development platforms, and prestigious awards/competition platforms. The programme provides a structured pathway for Singapore's media talent to gain international exposure, develop their skills in directing, producing, and scriptwriting, and build connections with the global media industry.

Private Credit Growth Fund (PCGF)

The Private Credit Growth Fund (PCGF) is a S$1 billion fund established to provide non-dilutive, customised financing for high-growth local enterprises. It addresses a significant gap in Asia's private credit market, where few funds focus on Singapore-based enterprises. The fund provides customised financing solutions that may not be readily available in Asia through traditional financing today. It supports growth activities such as international mergers & acquisitions (M&As) and large capital overseas expenditures, along with specialist advisory services in areas like M&A strategy, financial management, and supply chain improvement. The fund is complemented by a separate S$200 million Long Term Investment Fund (LTIF), which targets enterprises with longer or more complex growth trajectories.
