SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG)
The SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG) forms part of the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP), announced at the Committee of Supply 2025. This new grant consolidates existing Government workforce transformation schemes under SSG and WSG (including WSG's Career Conversion Programmes and SSG's NACE Workplace Learning Projects) into a single, simplified grant. Companies will be able to access holistic workforce development support through a single application channel via the Business Grants Portal (BGP), with Anchor Programme Partners providing end-to-end advisory support for transformation efforts. This is a NEW grant being rolled out progressively in 2026.
